## Understanding the TIP cost structure

TIP is not a single procedure — it is a longitudinal immunotherapy program involving:

- Immune diagnostics
- Physician-led treatment planning
- Progressive allergen exposure cycles

- Multi-year immune adaptation

Costs are structured across program components and clinical services rather than a single
bundled fee.

## Frequently asked questions

### How long is TIP treatment?

Typically 2–4 years, depending on the number of allergens, immune response, and treatment
adherence.

### What happens after year 1?

Care progresses into a maintenance phase: reduced visit frequency, continued monitoring,
and membership remains active.

### Do I still need to pay my TIP membership fee if I transfer to an affiliate clinic?

Yes. The TIP membership fee is still required because it covers the essential,
non-billable components that support your child's customized treatment plan, regardless of
your clinic location. Even at an affiliate clinic, your fee directly funds:

- Custom dosing — formulation of food extractions and precise at-home gummy doses
- Safety and support — comprehensive challenge protocols and 24/7 reaction support
- Data and research — advanced AI data analytics to track progress, and ongoing clinical research

### What is the age eligibility?

18 months – 21 years.
